I’m Saif a certified personal trainer and strength coach with an MBA and over 10+ years of experience in the fitness industry. With a strong background in powerlifting and strength training, I specializes in building structured programs that deliver real, measurable results.

Over the years,  I successfully transformed 100+ clients through both online and in-person coaching, helping individuals improve body composition, strength, and overall fitness while building sustainable habits.

My coaching philosophy focuses on progressive overload, proper technique, and long-term lifestyle changes  with diet and exercise rather than quick fixes. Each program is designed to help you train with purpose, stay accountable, and achieve lasting strength, physique transformation, and peak performance.
